Finder for the OE Popup Ship-to State field

Sample OCX script to add a finder on the OE pop-up for the Ship-To State field. 
Valid states are based on an optional field called VALIDSTATES. 
Upload the script in Extender Setup > Scripts, restart the Sage desktop and test on the OE Order screen.
