Complex Password support (Inter-Entity & RMA)
The latest Product Updates for Inter-Entity and Return Material Authorizations (RMA) support Sage 300's complex passwords.
 
Modulo eImagePac to DML Conversion
Our new Extender module facilitates moving files from Modulo eImagePac to Document Management Link (DML) network folders.
 
Inter-Entity PU to fix sundry Integration mapping issues
You can now successfully map OE Shipment Tracking No field to a PO Receipt field, and vice-versa. 
 
Extender PU11 Enhancements

Extender PU11 is now available for all supported versions.  Enhancements include

  • The ability to configure the fields where Extender needs to store the Original Value and New Value in a script.

  • Ability to let scripts run in a Python shared environment. 

  • New features in the Modules screen.

 
New EFT & Extender Product Updates
EFT Processing now includes an option to configure EFT Banks to upload to SFTP with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).  For Extender, we've added 2 new Configurator Workflow Actions, and also the ability to attach files to a message template. 
 
New EFT Product Update

EFT Processing now includes a superview around the Create EFT File process.

The EFT Superview (ELSUPER) enables customization using Extender before and after the file is created, before and after the file is downloaded or uploaded to SFTP. This is particular useful for users who need to do PGP encryption of the EFT file before sending or uploading to the bank.

 
EFT Processing (Payroll) - New feature to email T4As in v2020, 2021 and 2022

New feature to email T4As in EFT Processing (Payroll) versions 2020, 2021 and 2022. For use with Sage 300 Canadian Payroll latest update.

New Bin Tracking Product update - Versions 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022

The latest Bin Tracking product update includes various improvements and fixes, in particular improved reports with Bin Allocation.

  • New custom report for I/C Transfer slip with Bin allocation.

  • O/E Picking slips now include suggested bins for kit components.

 
New Extender product update

Extender PU10.05 has been released and includes sundry fixes. Refer to the Extender Options > Updates Tab for details.

It also includes 2 new workflow actions PostICInternalUsage and PostICReceipt. Details in the Knowledge Base for partners only. 

 
Version 2022 update - All Orchid modules are available

All Orchid modules are now compatible with Sage 300 version 2022. 

 
EFT Processing new features and version 2022 update

EFT Processing, Extender, RMA and Inter-Entity version 2022 are now available. 

In addition to the compatibility release, EFT Processing includes some new features in all supported versions: 

  • New security group to Recreate EFT File. 

  • New option in EFT Banks to configure Clearing Transfer number when using an EFT Clearing bank. 

 
v2022 release - RMA now available

RMA version 2022 is now available. In addition to the compatibility release, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) now supports Sage 300 Multiple Contacts functionality.

Note regarding installation: The installer doesn't prompt for Serial Number and Activation Code anymore.
