As the new year of kicks off we’ve started thinking about our webinar calendar for 2020, in terms of both new topics and fresh approaches.

If you use webinars to engage with your customers, or are contemplating doing so, you may well be going through a similar process.

With that in mind, we thought these Best Practice tips for webinars might be as relevant to you as we feel they are to us.

• EFT Processing: You can now create Receipt Batches with any Payment Type.
• Inter-Entity: See what's new, including performance improvements and Create A/R Receipt enhancements.

• Extender for Consultants: A 1/2 day event showing how Orchid Extender (Configurator Edition) can be used to adapt Sage 300 to meet diverse user requirements, without any coding!
• Developer Deep Dive (Python/Extender/Sage 300 Internals): This 2-Day "hands on" workshop will give software developers a chance to write and test code as they learn. 

• We've tentatively chosen 19-Feb for our next webinar. Details will be provided in our invitation email - look out for it in early February.
