Let your Raving Fans do the marketing for you!

Any 'out of the box' ERP solution will have limitations. 3rd party add-ons can play a major role in customizing a site to meet business-specific requirements. This in turn can help take the quality and consistency of service delivery to a new level, a pre-requisite for turning satisfied but unenthusiastic customers into Raving Fans. 

Return Material Authorizations & Repair Tracking was the very first Orchid add-on module when initially released way back in 1999, and has continued to evolve. The name is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just refer to it as RMA. 

RMA streamlines the processing of product returns and repairs, and provides a single point of reference for them within Sage 300. It supports improvements in both productivity and customer satisfaction thanks to its flexible workflows, automated generation of cross-referenced inventory and financial entries, and analysis tools.

You can now create AP Payments from AR Receipts, and define a Source Application Ledger for target documents created by Inter Entity Trade. We've also improved matching rules for creating applied Receipts, to support bi-directional processing between AP Payments and AR Receipts. See our KnowledgeBase article for more info, and examples.
