Return Material Authorizations & Repair Tracking was the very first Orchid add-on module when initially released way back in 1999, and has continued to evolve. The name is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just refer to it as RMA.
RMA streamlines the processing of product returns and repairs, and provides a single point of reference for them within Sage 300. It supports improvements in both productivity and customer satisfaction thanks to its flexible workflows, automated generation of cross-referenced inventory and financial entries, and analysis tools.
