Some problems are best confronted head-on, but when looking for opportunities a different perspective can be helpful.

As an example, security and fraud prevention may not be top of mind when planning for an ERP sales meeting, but it can be an effective way of opening up a conversation. With the average business losing 5% of revenue to fraud, and smaller organizations disproportionately impacted, it's a topic that should get a client's attention.

Last month we featured RMA, this month we look at Orchid's sister Operations Management product. Bin Tracking allows you to track items stored in multiple bins (e.g. shelves, slots, containers, barrels, pallets or drawers) within a Sage 300 Inventory Control location.
