In this advanced training session, which builds on our existing Product Demo video, Nathalie will go into greater detail on how to get the most out of Orchid's Info-Explorer BI product. Topics covered may include:
- Security Best Practice (password options, removing lock)
- Performance considerations (refresh, use of parameters, optimizing SQL queries)
- Calculations in the cube versus in the query
- SQL query tips (dimensions & facts, non-Sage 300 data, Optional Fields.)
- Multiple databases, or different transactions in a single cube
- Dynamic reporting (relative dates & filters, dashboard tips etc.)
- Drill-through (including custom drill-through examples)
