We will conduct detailed training on using Orchid Extender (Configurator Edition) to monitor Sage 300 data, log changes, trigger alerts (via email or Orchid Notes), or call external applications.

In this training session, we will show in detail how to use Orchid's Extender module (Configurator Edition).
Based on the configuration of events for a particular Sage 300 View Field or View Operation (insert, update, delete or insert/update), Extender can:
- Log a change (date/time of change, the user who made the change, pre and/or post-update values).
- Send a configurable email, which can include pre and/or post-update values.
- Create or modify a configurable Orchid Note, which can include pre and/or post-update values.
- Call an external program.
