We’re not quite done with 2022 yet, but the countdown clock is ticking. The Orchid team is preparing to reflect on 2022, celebrate our achievements, and look ahead to 2023.
Over the next few weeks, some of us will be taking short breaks to reconnect with family, or just to recharge our batteries. No doubt many of you will be doing the same. We also have some public holidays during this period (26-Dec, 27-Dec, 2-Jan), so there will be reduced staff available between now and early January.
Our aim is to continue providing our usual level of customer service over the holiday season, but apologies in advance if some of our responses are a little slower than usual.
