Why not use Orchid's own Sales Presentation pack?
We're constantly updating and fine tuning the PowerPoint pack we use for presenting overviews of Orchid products to audiences around the world. Now we've decided to also make this sales pack available to business partners.
Next time you're pitching any of Orchid's Sage 300 add-ons to your prospects, why not use the pack we use?

Inter Entity Transactions has rapidly become one of our most popular products, and it's not hard to see why. Accountancy staff regularly report they are saving days of effort each month as the deadline for balancing and closing off the books approaches.
Working within one or across multiple Sage 300 databases, Inter Entity Transactions automatically creates balancing entries for organisations that need to allocate expenses or revenue, balance loan accounts, or process cash between related entities. (An entity equates to a GL segment, and could be a company, department, branch, fund, project etc.)
To find out more, watch the overview video below, read Robert Lavery's love letter to Inter Entity, and look at the Inter Entity Transactions product page.

v2018 - it's a wrap!
The v2018 versions of all Orchid products have now been released, and are available for download from our site. |

v2018 Activation Codes, and a note about Sage 300c Premium
Activation Codes for all clients who were current as at 30 September have been sent to the nominated contact for all business partners, who can then forward to them to their consultants. If you believe you are the nominated contact but haven't received yours, please contact us.
All our v2018 codes were generated for the edition the client was running on prior versions, according to our records. While there is no price difference, clients who have have upgraded to Sage 300c Premium for v2018 will need a new serial number and Activation Code from Orchid. Please contact us as soon as you can if you need new codes, so as to avoid delays in future upgrades. When requesting v2018 codes for clients who used to be on Advanced or Standard, please let us know which edition they are now running. |

Notes - new option to display a note every time a screen opens
You can now configure an Information Manager Note to be displayed every time you open a given Sage 300 screen, independent of the field values on that screen. This is useful if, for example, you want to provide instructions about how to use a particular screen. See our KnowledgeBase article for more (login required).
